The Upper Level wants  to help our clients realize their personal visions for their intimate or micro  weddings and special events in a unique venue at an affordable price. 

We believe that every element of your celebration should be special, starting with the venue.

This space has tables and chairs to seat up to 50 people. Our capacity is set at 50

 

Built in 1885 the building located at 219 N. Main Street in Downtown Kokomo has been brought back to life. We decided to use the space above Annmarie's Boutique for small events.

Simple and charming... our space offers a  "ballroom" and a middle walk through room with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Up front there are  3 rooms  of comfortable lounge space with couches and sitting areas.

Decorated in a neutral style, this front space is perfect for small family gatherings to celebrate Birthdays, Baby or Bridal showers, or any other small events.
